GATEGORIES OF APPLICANTS AND DURATION OF SCHOLARSHIPBeijing Government Scholarship Entrance Scholarship Students who apply for degree Scholarship students should re-apply every year. CRITERIA & ELIGIBILITY 1. Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens and be in good health. 2. Education background and age limit: - Applicants for bachelor’s degree studies must have high school degree and be under the age of 30. - Applicants for master’s degree studies must have bachelor’s degree and be under the age of 35. - Applicants for doctoral degree studies must have master’s degree and be under the age of 40 APPLICATION DOCUMENTS The applicants must fill in and provide the following documents truly, correctly and completely. 1. North China Electric Power University (NCEPU) Application Form for Beijing Government Scholarship - Entrance Scholarship 2. Highest diploma (notarized photocopy). Applicants employed or studying shall provide work or study certificate. 3. Academic transcripts (notarized photocopy) 4. Photocopy of Passport 5. Guarantor Form and Photocopy of Guarantor’s ID 6. No Criminal Record Certificate 7. HSK Certificate 8. Study or research plan 9. Two letters of recommendation from professors or associate professors. 10. Photocopy of Foreigner Physical Examination Form. 11. Guardian Certificate and Copy of Guardian’s ID (Students whose ages are under 18) Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized translations in Chinese or English; all forms should be completed in English or Chinese. Application Deadline 30th，April VALUES OF SCHOLARSHIP Beijing Government Scholarship duration is one year. There are full scholarship and half scholarship: 1. Full Scholarship One year tuition fee 2. Half Scholarship A half of one year tuition fee.
