2、体检/ Physical Examination
集合时间：9月5日，上午9点
Time: September 5th, 9:00am
集合地点：教一楼
Meeting point: North Gate of No.1 Teaching building
注意事项：空腹，持本人护照、三张二寸彩色照片、400元人民币、录取通知书，前往北京国际旅行卫生保健中心，办理《境外人员体格检查记录验证证明》。
Note: No Breakfast. Please bring your passport, 3 passport-size photocopies, 400RMB and Letter of Admission.
如已有《境外人员体格检查记录》，请携带所有材料以及60元人民币办理认证。
If you already had physical examination in your country, please bring all the materials related to Physical Examination Report（Script）and RMB 60 yuan to make an Authentication in Beijing International Travel Healthcare Center
如入境日期早于8月25日，必须于入境后10天内自行前往北京国际旅行卫生保健中心。
Students, who entered China before Aug 25th, must go to Beijing International Travel Healthcare Center within 10 days of arrival.
如不能参加或错过集体办理，必须于9月11日前自行前往北京国际旅行卫生保健中心，办理《境外人员体格检查记录验证证明》并自行取回，于9月18日前交至主楼D823。
Students, who cannot join group physical examination, must go to Beijing International Travel Healthcare Center before September 11th and submit the result of “Physical Examination Record For Foreigner” to the Admission Office (Main building D823) no later than September 18th.

3、申请居留许可或签证延期/Apply for Resident Permit or Visa Postponement

？ 外国留学人员来华签证申请表(JW202表)/ Visa Application for Study in China（JW202 Form）
因“外国人签证、居留许可申请表”需交由公安机关审核，办理签证延期必须在签证到期前至少40个工作日（学校放假期间不属于工作日）持以上材料到D823申请办理。务必保证材料齐全，材料不全不予办理。
Because of the "Visa or Residence Permit Application Form" processing by Immigration Office，you may have to wait several days. Therefore, we encourage all visa and residence permit applicants to come to Room D832 with all required files at least 40 working days （not including school holidays and vacation）before it expires. If materials are not completed, we cannot apply “Visa or Residence Permit Application Form” for applicants.
4、首次办理居留许可/Transact Resident Permit
时    间：9月21日，上午9点
Time: September 21st, 9:00am
集合地点：教一楼

？ 住宿登记表/ Accommodation Register Form.
？ 外国人签证、居留许可申请表（贴照片）/Visa or Residence Permit Application Form（Attached by a photo）.
？ 接收函或录取通知书/Admission Letters or Admission Notice.
？ 外国留学人员来华签证申请表(JW 201表/JW202表)/ Visa Application for Study in China（JW201 Form / JW 202 Form）.
？ 体检表/ Physical Examination Form.
注意：如入境日期早于8月25日，必须于入境后30天内自行前往北京市出入境管理部门办理居留许可。Students, who entered China before Aug 25th, must submit all the required documents to Beijing Exit & Entry Administration Office within 30 days of arrival.
不能参加或错过集体办理，必须于9月24日前自行前往北京市出入境管理部门办理居留许可。
Students, who missed group application, must submit all the required documents to Beijing Exit & Entry Administration Office before September 24th.
